Cardio and Toning all thrown into a 1 hour action packed class.

Fitstyler doesn't use any army inspired training techniques and punishments to get you moving. It’s all about working at your own level with constant motivation and support. No two classes are the same so you never know what to expect.

This is a great way to burn more calories and fat, increase your energy levels, improve your metabolism, lose weight and tone up.

Fitlife Toning and Core Strength
No gym equipment to be seen

Tone your body and work it into shape while improving core stability and strength. Fitstyler uses body weight based exercises with added help from Medicine Balls and Fitballs as well as some things you may not have used before.

Fitlife Mums & Bubs
Bubs on Board

Fitstyler's Mums & Bubs class brings together Mums and their baby to exercise in a fun and supportive environment.
Exercise with other Mums while working on your Pelvic Floor and Core muscles.

"Get that body back"
The classes are a mix of body weight exercises, resistance bands and cardio for a 60 minute class.
