Several times a year, Fitstyler organises social events where you can actually get to chat to other Fitmates - and even do some useful networking in your area. Fitmates have a say in what we do, but events can range from a BBQ in the park to dinner at your local pub. There will be occasional quiz nights – just to exercise your brain as well as your body.

Fitness testing is best way to keep track of your progress and stay motivated - whether your goal is to loose weight, improve your cardio vascular fitness or work on your flexibility. Fitness testing is conducted on the first Tuesday evening and Saturday morning every month.
Each month, we’ll send you a copy of Fitstyler News, It’s a newsletter crammed with what’s happening plus all the latest news and information on sessions, social and sporting events.
It will also include delicious and healthy recipes, health and fitness information and general wellness info to help you keep in shape and feel great. Build up your library over time.
Just to reward you for all your blood, sweat and toil, Fitstyler will reward members who show the greatest improvement or consistently give 110%. A different prize will awarded each month.
