Claire Kearney began with Fitstyler in May 2011 after being referred by her good friend Ruth Liston. Being accustomed to the cold Irish weather, commencing with Fitstyler in the midst of Winter was no problem for Claire.

What was daunting for Claire was the fact that in previous attempts to commit to an exercise regime, she was unable to be motivated to continue with exercise.
Claire’s determination was obvious from the start, signing up to attend 3 sessions per week at North Fitzroy.

Claire’s fitness and strength levels have improved out of sight in her 6 months training with Fitstyler.
From losing 7kg of bodyweight and toning her body up to see muscle definition, Claire is also now up the front of the pack with each running exercise performed and gives 110% each session.
Claire hates having to miss a session and always has a make up session in mind to keep continuing to reach her goal of losing 10kg.

Claire is always one for enlightening the mood of the early morning risers with her sense of humour and witty comments to the trainer, often in an attempt to throw the trainer off guard and helping the rest of the group out by giving them a break!

Simon Goodrich is our 2010 Fitmate of the year.
Simon joined Fitstyler over 2 years ago and attends our
Carlton Boot camp with his lovely wife Sharon.

It's a great story of how a person can overcome a serious
medical condition to be triumphant in all areas of their life.

Simon has performed consistently and have seen
fantastic results and in recognition receives a weekend away in Daylsford.

Liza T (sorry surname withheld for privacy reasons)  has been with Fitstyler for almost 3 years and is currently trekking around the globe in South America.

From the very fitst time that Liza attended, she had a detemination to succeed and prosper with her fitness. Coming from a background no running, she now excels with incredible speed and zippy acceleration that has helped Liza complete her first fun run this year.

Paul Carolan who has consisently attended Fitstyler sessions over the past 18 months. Through sheer determination, in the first 6 months Paul achieved his goal of being under 80kgs and has seen his level of fitness increase astronomically ever since. Paul wins a romantic getaway for two to Rangers Run, on the Mornington Peninsula.
