Stress is a response to an event or situation. It can be positive or negative. Stress is common in daily life and may be associated with work, family or personal relationships. It usually means that something is happening that’s causing worry and affecting how we are thinking and feeling.

Make a list of enjoyable activities and plan those activities over a 24 hour period
Keeping active helps depression
When people become depressed, they often have no energy or motivation. As a result, they become less active. Doing regular, physical exercise helps to relieve mental and muscular tension. Physical exercise, such as walking, swimming, dancing, playing golf or going to the gym, is helpful.
