Keep healthy & fit, slow the aging process

In a society where vanity rules, girls in there twenties are resorting to botox to stop premature wrinkles appearing.

Mmmmmm, wrinkles dont really start to appear until later in life so taking such a drastic step so early in life is a disturbing trend.

With the push for instant gratification in the beauty stakes, some people like the idea of doing what they like to their bodies throughout their life and expect some sort of miracle retrospective age rejuvinating solution.

Well I hate to break the news to everyone but it’s all about common sense.
What you do throughout your life, especially in your early years will age you prematurely.

Too much sun, stress, not enough sleep, poor diet, toooo much alcohol, coffee etc will be your bodies worst enemy.

Forget about spending $$$ on expensive, chemical based creams and fancy moisturisers that are claimed everything from the ability to detect if you haven’t had enough sleep to being specific to different areas of your face.

Have a look at people who look after themselves, eat well, get adequate sleep & rest and exercise, I bet they often receive compliments on how good they look for their age.

Is it just a coincidence that healthy people are youthful in appearance and body good or do they have “good genes”
