We live in a society where everything is immediate, instant information, instant communication by mobile, email & SMS, instant entertainment from web surfing, watching TV and videos on the net

So we zap, suck, starve, squeeze, electricute, flush the fat out of our bodies.
Unfortunately their is no secret pill or procedure that will remove the fat permanently except for engaging in physical exercise and reducing the energy we consume.

Ultimately we have to believe that we can lose weight.

While our weight loss department may require instant gratification, we still need to exercise and reduce.
