Unusual exercise Fitstyler jumps explosive interval training
While taking the photo’s for our Fitstylers page, I had Michael perform 30 jumps in a row. An unusual exercise that I have named Fitstyler jumps.
This highly explosive plyometric exercise is great for an all over body workout with it’s shorts burst of high intensity energy required to perform successfully.
Essentially jumping continuously for 3 -5 minutes is guaranteed to to quickly fatigue the quads and glutes.
