Funny Fitness Story this morning from our Melbourne Boot Camp when we were using our evasion belts. As this drill can get quite competitive, a Fitmate not wanting to be left behind made the funny comment that the evasion belt broke from his arm waving past the side of his body and breaking the connection, this was contrary to the other possibility that he couldn’t keep up with the other Fitmate. (Sorry DS)

Just to make sure there was a level playing field, I repeated the drill 4 times to avoid any disappointment.

FYI an evasion belt is a waist band with a tail that connects with your partner using velcro. The object is to break the velcro connection from your partner.
