Michael called me to mention how it never rains during his afternoon session, for some reason no matter how nasty the weather conditions, like clock work the rain will abate
A fitmate from our morning class confessed to going to bed fully dressed in training clothing except with their runners & jacket.
This was a time saving measure:)))
A Fitmate bought a pedometer out of interest to measure the steps taken during various activities.
Since he was moving house, he decided to give it a go, well by racing around town with the move, 17000 steps were clocked up from 5am – 10pm.
So help a friend move today and clock up those steps!!
