A fitmate had a dream that she was running late for Bootcamp and when he/she arrived noticed a fitmate bride to be in her wedding dress and backpack.
In the back ground was ther trainer saying “God wants you to be fit”
And the he/she woke up suddenly, having to take some time to realise it was only a dream

On Tueday night poor karina was subjected to the risk of training underneath trees, possums relieving themselves while being positioned high in the elm trees.

Well Karina took it extremely well and continued unperturbed while maintaining her dangerous position underneath the tree.

Today I had a confession from a fitmate who received a gym membership from her partner as a birthday present.
Unfortunately our Fitmate wasn’t a gym person and without wanting to offend, prepared for her gym workout without actually attending.
Now that is quite an achievement, especially assuming the role of a gym person for 6 months while keeping her partner happy in the knowledge she was working out:)))
