Congratulations to Beck for achieving a time of 47.5 minutes for a 10km fun run. A huge achievement especiallly that Beck only started running seriously after joining Fitstyler this year.
A big cheer goes out to Laura & Liza for setting their sights on a 5km fun run. As this seems an insummountable task with the prospect of running for 1km being daunting enough, they will go for broke.
The great thing is Laura & Liza can start training together to help achieve their goals, of course there will be a little more motivation during the class:)))
Bronagh has returned home back to Ireland after a 3 year stint in Oz.
I received this email
“hope all is well in Melbourne ! i’ve finally made it back to dublin and we had a great trip on the way back stopping off in thailand, Laos, Burma and Vietnam. Then we went to visit Daves family in france and when we made it to Dublin i found out i ‘m pregnant ! So hopefully all the boot camp will stand to my stomach muscles. I’ve found a dublin bootcamp but I’ll prob wait til next spring to do it as iIve enough on my hands at the moment! so hope all is well with your self and sue and please say hi to the fitstylers for me”
All the best,
Bronagh
Bronagh Hall is our March winner of a $30 gift voucher to Brunswick Street Cycles for the great results she is achieving. In the short period Bronagh has been with Fitstyler, there has been some positive changes. Not only can she fit into jeans that where previously tight but she kept up with the blokes on a cycling fun ride rather than being left behind in there wake.
