Auxiliary Christmas Party in the park

Saturday, December 11th, 2010

Well what a great night we had on Thursday for our fitmate’s who couldn’t make our Christmas party last Friday.

We were very lucky that there was another group that very kindly allowed us to use the barbecue, and I said to one guy who asked if we would like to use a large sheet of aluminium foil jokingly if he was a chef and actually he was.

We were also treated to share some of his exotic salads that were very appreciated by the other fitmates.

One thing that makes Fitstyler really special are the awesome people who participate in our boot camps. It makes the whole experience worthwhile when you look forward to catching up with the Fitmate’s who are just like part of our extended family.

While we do get down to business during boot camp sessions, we do have the social aspect really joke around and have a bit of fun.

Richard, our Northcote Fitstyler also missed our Christmas Party as he was lucky enough to secure front row seats to U2.

An important part of any exercise program is ensuring that there is an element of fun as the matter health and test the the results you are attaining, if attending her fitness session is like getting your teeth removed from the dentist, then you will find every excuse under the sun not to attend.

So with Christmas only two weeks away, it’ll be an interesting time for people with lots of Christmas parties, over indulging, and winding down after stressful period.

We had a great turn out for our Fistyler social night.
With parma’s abound, we joked and got to have a bit more of a chat than squeezing in a 20 second converstion between exercises.

Liza “Great pub, good food and really good company!
See you in the morning – I will really need to work off that chicken parma!!!

We wish Bronagh all the best for the start of her new adventure before heading home to Ireland.
