During our morning Bootcamp class this morning, Roger the Scottish Terrier who attends Bootcamp with her owner decided to pee on the Yoga mat.
With over 10000 people attending and a 3 hour Dog Whisperer seminar over the weekend, I was surprised at this unusual behavior from Roger:))
maybe Rogers owner should demand a refund from The Dog Whisperer

You never know when you may get injured, usually when you least expect it. So also remember when lifting anything from the ground, always bend the knees and never hunch over with a rounded lower back.

A Fitmate was running late today to Bootcamp so she grabbed her sons scooter, a very funny sight at 5.55am.
