Positive thoughts create great outcomes while negative thoughts will bring about undesirable outcomes, think about nice things happening

Positive thoughts create great outcomes while negative thoughts will bring about undesirable outcomes, think about nice things happening.
How often do you have negative thoughts during the day, that you’re having a crappy day, everything is going wrong, chances are you are manifesting your situation and creating your crappy day.

You miss the morning alarm, sleep in, rushing to the train you bump into a person with a takeaway coffee, now there is coffee on your clean shirt, you miss the train caused by this distraction, you arrive late & crumpy, you are intolerant of everyone, so everyone is grumpy back, your body language, energy, tone of voice is expressing your mode, suddenly a client contacts you who is abusive or dissatisfied, what you are thinking, Sound familiar??
Like the laws of attraction, you are drawing exactly what you are focusing on, in this case that everything is going wrong, bad things are happening.

So before you go to bed, picture how the next day will pan out, what positives things will happen, maybe even write it down & keep the note next to the bed side table.
Maintain positive thoughts for great outcomes and leave those negative thoughts that bring undesirable outcomes.

Is the GFC getting you down? Are you remaining positive or is the negativity creating more negativity?

Remember there is always light at the end of the tunnel, if you believe there is more doom & gloom followed by more doom & gloom, chances are you will experience more doom & gloom.

No matter how bad the situation, ask yourself is there a positive or something to be learnt?
Life is all about taking control and not being a victim, believe in yourself and surround yourself with like minded people.

VW Effect, when buying a particular car, do you suddenly notice them everywhere? Our brains bring this memory to our consciousness

Thursday, May 7th, 2009

Imagine if you focused on a goal the same way you do when buying a car, suddenly all you see around you are people achieving the same goal, who are successful.

From a scientific perspective, the ares of the brain responsible for screening information is the reticular activating system or RAS.

The RAS is a network of nerve fibers that originates in the medulla oblongata (brain stem area) and proceeds up through the midbrain into the neocortex ( the place where thought is processed). The task of the RAS is to detect new and novel stimuli. When something new or different is perceived in the environment, the RAS alerts the brain to possible danger by causing an ”arousal state.” If a stimulus, such as a sound, is repetitive in nature, the RAS calms the brain and causes it to enter various peaceful states, depending upon the nature of the stimulus therefore preventing sensory overload.

Check out this video, what are you really seeing verses what has been screened by your RAS.

Switch your mind – switch your attitude. We believe this is the job, friends or life I can expect, change your belief system

Switch your mind – switch your attitude and change your belief system.

To often we believe this is the best job, the best friends or life I can expect however are we creating our own reality with these beliefs.
How often does complacency and mediocrity overpower us into limiting our true potential?
How often do you hear the comment, geez, they are lucky, they always get the best jobs or always win what ever contest they enter, you can easily add the word “luck” into the equation.

Is it coincidence that these people have good fortune or do they believe they will achieve a chosen outcome?
So why not switch mind set, change that attitude and belief system today.

Persistence overides Resistence

There was a great story about a para Olympian on Australian story last night that is a testiment to the human spirit and the ability to keep focused in the face of adversity.

After a freak bicycle accident made him a paraplegic in 1986, nothing was going to stand in the way of achieving his dreams, the successful completion of the Hawian ironman, crossing the English channel.

We all having reasons for not completing our goals however do we really have a genuine reason or are we justifying our lack of commitment and dedication?

Everyday people say it’s too hard to exercise, to change my lifestyle, to find the time to exercise, to adopt a healthier lifestyle…..
