What an Inspirational person who shows the power of positive thinking.
June Middleton spent 60 years in an iron lung.

We all have moments when we feel life isn’t great but every now and again we get the rare opportunity to meet a person who had such postiveness and a willingness to make the most from life.
June Middleton passed away this week after using the life support of an iron lung for 60 years.

Despite spending 21 hours a day confirmed to the iron lung after contracting polio, June still had an amazing view on life “It’s hard to explain but it’s what you gotta do, make the most of it, get over the obstacles on the way,”

So often we are presented with challenges and it’s all about how you manage these challenges and focus on positive outcomes.
“You realise that things are not going to improve so you have to get your act together and… make the most of it and get on with what you’ve got instead of being miserable about things.”

We all need inspirational people in our lives, no matter what your situation, have use positive thinking.

Do something nice every day and project positive energy. This week I donated $500 worth of Boot camp classes, today great things happened

Do something nice every day and project positive energy.

This week I donated $500 worth of Boot camp classes to the local primary school for there school fete. I dropped off the vouchers at 8.00am on Wednesday morning so the school was all but empty except the tuck shop lady who was preparing for the days lunches. I asked if the vouchers could be passed onto the fete co-ordinator, we started chatting about the fete and the prizes I was offering which lead to speaking about our Boot camps.
With our wet winter I also mentioned about the need for a covered area an she informed me that they were building a new sporting hall next year:))

Strangely enough the tuck shop lady said that she has seen our boot camps as she walks past in the mornings and has always been interested in joining. Well this morning I decided to conduct the class at the meeting point which is beside the main road which I rarely do, out of the blue the tuck shop lady appeared with the fete co-ordinator, we chatted briefly.

So change your mind set and do something nice today and start to project positive energy.

Having a positive attitude to every thing in your life is contagious, positiveness attracts more positive outcomes.

People who are positive are nice to be around, have a and healthier & happier life, this in turn rubs off to those people in their company.

This starts the spiral of positiveness.

So how do with ensure we keep this positive spiral spinning in the right direction?

Here are some stepos to keep you on track:

1.Don’t focus on the negatives

2.Believe in yourself, visualise yourself achieving the goal, how happy you are feeling within yourself

3.Perform an act of kindness very day (Blog link), maybe it can be as simple as complementing the person who serves you a coffee in the morning or saying Goodmorning to a perfect stranger and smiling, chances are they will smile back

4.Surround your self with positive people

5.Say something positive about yourself every day (positive affirmations)

So start by having a more positive attitude today and let your positiveness be contagious to others

Last minute exercise on wedding day – 10km run with mother & bride. Now that is dedication & commitment.

Funny Fitness Story, last minute exercise on wedding day -mother & Bride go on 10km run on wedding day.
What a great way to help with any last minute nerves.

I went to a wedding in country Victoria on the weekend and was suitably impressed about the Bride going on a 10km run at 6.30am, normally a brisk walk followed by champagne and breakfast is in order.

Well when you have a super mum who performs well at ironman triathlon events, a 10km run is the equivalent of a brisk walk for the average person.

The most amazing thing was the weather was far from spectacular, cold and overcast with a chilly breeze coming off the lake yet when the bride arrived the sun projected just enough beautiful warm light for the bride to walk down the aisle of this outdoor ceremony before resuming back to the cold & grey weather.
Even the 2 band members were wearing Goretex jackets and beanies, yet the weather delivered as preciously as required.

So thinking positively will deliver positive outcomes.

So there are no excuses when it comes to exercise, maybe not to be repeated to often for a mother and bride to go on a 10km run before on the wedding day.

Positive start to day, lost sock found and reunited with missing partner. If you believe it can happen, it will, even finding lost socks:)

Positive start to day, my lost sock was found this morning and reunited with it’s missing partner. If you believe it can happen, it will, even finding lost socks:)

Even the little things that may not really matter like lost socks that mysteriously disappear every day around the world, that’s millions of odd socks roaming the planet.
So believe in good things happening.

So stay positive and you will find that lost sock.
