During our morning Bootcamp class this morning, Roger the Scottish Terrier who attends Bootcamp with her owner decided to pee on the Yoga mat.
With over 10000 people attending and a 3 hour Dog Whisperer seminar over the weekend, I was surprised at this unusual behavior from Roger:))

Unusual Accidents, a fractured elbow while on the phone.

A Fitmate was on phone to a call centre regarding banking issues, 30 minutes latter her leg fell asleep and she tripped over the vacuum cleaner and her fractured elbow.

Sometimes injuries can occur outside the sports field.
The result, bruised toe, ribs, there is a lesson in being careful to move around when remaining stationery for long periods to avoid incurring this unusual accidents and getting a fractured elbow.
