While waiting for the morning bootcamp to start, I noticed this peculiar site of a workman on the roof of the International House located in Edinburgh Gardens.
While a great exercise, it may prove to be fatal to run up the roof and back but what a great quadriceps work out:))

Unusual Exercise #11 Finding car in massive car park, next time you cannot find your car, start at one end, jogging isle by aisle

Thursday, May 21st, 2009

A great unusual exercise, trying to find your car in a massive carpark. Think about the distance that you can travel when getting back to your car or when you cannot find your car, having to walk or preferable run isle by isle.

The work out can be improved by carrying shopping in either hand, ideally a shopping bag in either hand, remembering not to internally rotate the shoulders and feeling the weight of the bags around your shoulder blades.

Remember no cheating by using your phone camera to determine your location before you leave the car or a GPS unit. The best results will be gained by keeping it a total mystery.

Unusual Exercise #10 Removing Graffiti, a better workout is achieved by using less carcinogenic type chemicals that require more elbow grease

Friday, May 1st, 2009

A great workout can be achieved by removing graffiti, remember to maintain good posture and alternate between the left & right had when scrubbing.

With low level graffiti, you can perform squats, remember to stick the butt out & keep your second toe in line with your knees when squatting.
