a. Personal and medical information is available to employees and contractors of Fitstyler.

This information will never be given, traded, sold, released or otherwise communicated in any form to any third party. You can remove your email address from our database at any time by following the 'unsubscribe' link at the foot of each issue of Fitstyler News, our monthly newsletter.

c. All information submitted as a hard copy is kept secured under locked security.

3.Bound by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001

The information obtained about you will not be sold or otherwise disclosed to any third parties else unless required by law or permitted by the Privacy Act 1988.
