Fitstyler Terms & Conditions

These are the terms & conditions that Fitstyler operates under (ABN 51 164 686 246). Please read the terms & conditions carefully and contact Fitstyler if you have any further questions.

1. Free sessions

a.Free Boot camp sessions are strictly limited to the expiry date and only available to participants looking at joining the 12 week program.
b.Free sessions are subject to availability and the applicant acknowledges that completion of the form does not imply a guarantee of sessions being available.
c.Free sessions are only available at existing sessions that are being conducted by Fitstyler. Please refer to the session timetable to find a suitable time and location.

2. Referral rewards

All offers are subject to change without notice. Participating businesses may change their offer without notice. Any changes will take effect after being published in the Fitstyler monthly newsletter.

To receive your reward, your referred person must sign up for at least 2 sessions per week over a 12 week period. Referral gifts are not redeemable for cash.

3. Competition Entries

1. The competition is open from the date advertised on the promotional material and forms.
2. Entries for each prize giveaway close at 5pm (AEST) date advertised on the promotional material and forms.
3. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. The value of the competition prize will be stated on the entry forms and promotional material.
6. One prize will be awarded during the competition period.
7. The winning entry(s) cannot be used to offset future sessions payable by the client or used in conjunction with an existing session package
8. Any competition prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
9. The winning entry form will be drawn randomly the day following the advertised closing date and will be judged the winner providing that the successful competition winner person has a valid entry form.
10.The competition will be drawn by Fitstyler Management and their decision is final.
11.The winners will be published in the following months edition of the Fitstyler newsletter and on the website
12. Fitstyler reserves the right to use the winners or entrants name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
13. Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees of Fitstyler and their immediate family.

15. All entries become property of Fitstyler and the information may be entered into a database to be used for future marketing.
16. Entries are only valid for this the particular competition entered.
17. Prizes are non - transferable
18. Fraudulent entries will be disqualified immedialtely
18 Sessions are subject to availabilty and cannot be re-scheduled or suspended.
19. Privacy, Fitstyler values your privacy. You can opt out of our databases at anytime, view our Privacy Policy

4. Gift Certificates

1. Can only be redeemed by the person specified on the gift certificate.
2. Gift certificates are non transferrable and not redeemable for cash

5. Indemmity.

Any person who participates in a Fitstyler fitness program acknowledges that there is physical exertion required and environmental hazards.

The fitness programs involves lifting, running, jogging and movements involving a quick change in direction, stretching and full body movements.

The participant will also be exposed environmental hazards such as unpredictable weather conditions, fauna & flora, uneven & rough surfaces.

While it is not possible to list every bodily risk and environmental hazard, the participants acknowledges and accepts the risks and assumes all responsible in the event of injury or death.

The Client shall indemnify Fitstyler, its employees and its sub-contractors against any claims made against Fitstyler by any third party in respect of any loss resulting indirectly or directly from carrying out the services for the client.

6. Warranty

The participant will warrant all information provided as being true and correct.

The participant also acknowledges that they will not participate in any Fitstyler programs if they suffer from any medical condition or pre-existing injury that will placed themselves at risk.

If the client has any doubts or concerns about there medical or pre-existing injuries, it is the clients responsibility to contact their Medical practitioner or specialist.

The use of the website and the contents is at your own risk.

Fitstyler does not make any warranties, express or implied to:

a.The accuracy, reliability, validity of the website content

b.The information provided by Third parties
