For those looking for a different style of exercise workout from our regular Fitstyler Boot Camps we have created this 6 exercise challenge.
This is not to be used as a replacement for supervised exercise instruction
The great thing about our urban boot camp is the use of the local landscape consisting of walls, footpaths and beams of metal.
Any urban environment can cater to most the equipment needs. We used a wall in Hosier lane, Melbourne with the stencil art care of the Godfather of graffiti, Blek le Rat.
Remember that these exercises were done in sucession without a break, we use our office to perform the 6 exercises with the Fitstylers highest score next to each exercise description.
a. Dynamic upper body movements to warm up the chest and sholders
b. Brief stretching of the chest and shoulders
c. High knees, jogging for 5 minutes
Object: Complete the 10meter wall traverse in the least time possible from end to end (Fitstylers highest score: Time: 46 seconds)
Object: The maximum number of rotations from side to side (rotation from left to right equals 1 complete rotation) (Fitstylers highest score Number: 19)
Object: The maximum number of Handstand pushups completed in 60 seconds, (Fitstylers highest score Number: 16)
Object: Complete the maximum number of pushup leaps from side to side (Leaping from the left to the right side equals one repetition, (Fitstylers highest score Number: 23)
Object: The maximum number of L sit chin ups performed in 60 seconds, (Fitstylers highest score Number: 8)
Object: The maximum number of beam travels performed in 60 seconds (placing hands on the inside then outside of beam equals one travel), (Fitstylers highest score Number: 11)
