Our Boot camps always keep it interesting with a great mix of exercise & drills with the attention of a personal trainer combined with the fun & energy of a traditional style boot camp. Every session is different so you never know what to expect.
Most importantly we accommodate different fitness levels by breaking all our Boot caap classes into group A, B, C and D depending on weather you are a walker, jogger, runner or sprinter.
