Run or walk alongside our Olympians and support the Australian Olympic Team as they prepare for Beijing.

OLYMPIC DREAM - BACK ON THE ROAD IN '07
Take the event back on the road with the Victorian Olympic Council from Batman Avenue, along St Kilda and Domain Roads before running around the Botanical Gardens and finishing alongside the Yarra River.

ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A MEDAL!
Run or walk with our Olympians to support the Australian Olympic Team, plus enter and receive your own Olympic medal!
SUPPORTING OUR TEAM
Since 1989 the Olympic Dream has brought together men, women and children who enjoy being active and want to support and/or be a part of the Olympic movement.
Money raised from the event will go directly towards preparing and sending the Australian Olympic Team to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. In fact over the last five years more than $150,000 has been raised for our Team by Olympic Dream participants. Most Olympic athletes don’t earn a living from their sport but demonstrate an outstanding commitment, balancing their work and education careers whilst maintaining a gruelling training regime and competition schedule to pursue their Olympic Dream.
This year 1968 Olympic Silver medallist, the late Peter Norman is being recognised for his tremendous contribution to the Olympic movement and is the hero depicted on the medal.
