Sunshine makes you smile

Vitamin D is produced by your body on exposure to sunlight, and new research from Amsterdam shows higher levels of vitamin D lead to mood improvements and protect against depression. Vitamin D also protects against weak bones, some cancers and heart disease. So step outside and get some rays.
