1. Preheat oven to 200˚C. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, ham and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir in soup and mustard. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat.
2. Put chicken breast fillets into a ceramic ovenproof dish in a single layer. Pour soup mixture over chicken and place in oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until
the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
Divide chicken between four plates. Pour sauce over chicken and serve with baby green beans.
