I don't think I will be able to run the whole distance, is it ok to run and walk along the way?
This is fine and is actually the most common way for beginners to get into running. We do recommend that if you plan on running at all you enter and start with the runners. Both the run and the walk events are timed using the IPICO Sports timing tag system but we regard the walk as non-competitive. Overall place getters and age category prizes are only applicable to the running events.
