Herring Island Sculpture Park
Packed the picnic basket and grab the punt across the Yarra river to Herring island to enjoy some great sculpture and the tranquil back drop of the city.
Located within 10 minutes of Melbourne's CBD with ample parking available, treat yourself to this little Gem within our bustling city.
Either catch the punt (1am to 5:30pm weekends) from Como Landing on Alexander Pde in South Yarra or organise a trip from Docklands from Melbourne River cruises.
With a permament display of a dozen sculptures together with an action packed program commencing on the 9th of January to the 28th March featuring paintings, photography, works on paper & sculpture.
There are also exhibitions held in the old Scott Hall during day light savings.
