An awesome night, yet again a great turn out with many great & funny stories with one of the funniest going to Paul C about his interstate business accommodation issues.
While on  regular interstate business trip, it was after a gruelling day that Paul finally headed to the Crown Casino Hotel to check in. Upon commencing the usual check in procedure by giving his personal details, the reception desk staff member informed Paul that they had no booking under his name. Well this wasn't what Paul needed at 8.00pm in the evening, so after conveying his disatisfation and annoynance that the original booking took much effort with phone calls and emails, this was totally unsatisfactory.

While not knowing what to do, the reception desk person contacted the duty manager who quickly apologised and upgraded Paul to the 2 bedroom presidential suite.

After returning back to Melbourne, Paul spoke to his boss about what had happened but was happy with the outcome in the end,  his boss said in disbelief "Paul you were booked into the Sheraton"
