Victorian artists have responded to a call from CERES to help create positive solutions to environmental problems, and now we call the people of Melbourne to celebrate with them their 25 years of environmental and community stewardship.
The Auction will raise funds to support the work CERES does for the Melbourne community in educating school children, providing training and jobs for disadvantaged groups, researching water and environmental issues.

Painter and ‘national treasure’ Michael Leunig, jeweller and director of Eg Etal Ali Limb, designer Nicola Cerini and textile artist Ilka White along with over 30 other local artists have contributed to the show, guaranteeing stunning mixed media exhibition and a lively auction. Many of the artists have been regular visitors to the 4 hectare oasis in the heart of Brunswick, participating in cultural festivals, music events, community gardening, shopping at the organic market and café. Now they are supporting CERES in an exhibition that responds to the wonderful role CERES plays in our community.
Art works range from paintings, jewellery, sculpture, photography, textiles, drawing and mosiacs. Prices will range from $30 to $2,000 so there will be something for everybody and every budget.
