There are 2 feed zones on the course which provide everything a rider needs to complete their chosen distance. In the full length course you pass each feed zone twice giving you support approximately every 20kms. The medium marathon has 3 feed zone stops with 2 of them at the first feed zone, again approximately every 20kms. The short marathon only passes feed zone 1 at just over the half way point.
