Green Tea helps prevent sleep apnoea
Green tea may help prevent sleep apnoea, according to new research from Kosair Children’s Research Institute
People who suffer sleep aponea show changes in the areas of the brain involved in learning and memory. This recent study on rats shows that supplements of green tea may counteract these cognitive deficits. If these results can be repeated in humans, green tea may prove to be beneficial for people suffering from sleep apnoea.
