Well it's come around very quickly, our Fitstyler T night

Our inaugural coloured T's night was celebrated in fine style with a running of our FitnessDash, lots of fun, laughs and good food at the Red Olive.

Our first one for 2010, were going to have a health & fitness Bolderdash type quiz. Most of the questions will be from articles on the website.
