Boot camp I am amazed and the lift in energy and stamina , particularly over the last 3 or 4 weeks, and not only in the boot camp sessions but right throughout the day. Feeling good just builds a positive attitude and helps in making the right decisions on nutrition, but as they say, you eat an elephant one bite at a time, and changing all those entrenched bad habits may take some time yet

With Fitstyler the time flies, with the innovative exercises and games. Although you are pushed to your limits, you are also given a choice of the level you wish to perform at. As a consequence my health and fitness has improved and my knee joints are stronger as a result of the exercises. A great way to get fit.

"My partner Samantha and I joined Fitstyler towards the end of last year with a view to losing a few extra kilos before our wedding at the end of February. Our other motivation was that we felt we weren't getting the right results from the gym.
Initially, we only committed to joining Fitstyler up to the wedding but we've enjoyed it so much that we've dumped our gym membership and will keep doing our boot camp sessions on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
We really like the variety in the sessions - especially boxing on a Tuesday night. In fact, we enjoy the boxing so much that we've bought our own equipment and do stuff on our own at other times of the week. We also enjoy the fact the sessions are not taken too seriously and are done at a pace that suits everyone.
The social aspect of Fitstyler is also great fun. Andrew makes a real effort to keep everyone connected and the couple of dinners we've been to so far we've really enjoyed.
We look forward to being part of Fitstyler for a long time to come! "
