Terms and Conditions

Package Terms

1. Clients may attend any session at any location. 30 minutes notice is required to attend a session.

2. Preferred sessions dates are subject to availability, however another location may be offered as an alternative.

3. 12/24/36 Bulk Session Package have a 1 year expiry date which starts on attending the first session. Sessions are marked according to attendance.

4. No refunds will apply on any Bulk Session Package after the cooling off period.

5. A strict one week cooling off period is offered with any Fitstyler package.

6. Clients will not be refunded if their preferred location or session time close under any package deal.

7. Two weeks’ notice is required to suspend or cancel payments under the Fitstyler’s Unlimited Package. Please note cancelation is only possible after the minimum 12 week term.

8. Payment plans may be offered by Fitstyler for 12/24/36 Bulk Session Packages on direct debit.

9. Bulk session packages cannot be transferred to another person after being purchased.


Booking sessions

1. If a client wishes to attend a session they must call, sms, or email the administration manager at least 30mins prior to the session.

2. The client can book any session at any location.

3. Preferred sessions dates are subject to availability, however another location may be offered as an alternative.

4. Fitstyler does not run sessions on public holidays, these sessions can be rescheduled within 3 months and payments will not be altered.



1. Clients of the twelve week program are entitled to suspend their sessions under the following situations:

a. Commencement of a holiday for 7 days or longer and not greater than 50 days.

b. Medical condition that extends longer than 14 days. The client is required to supply a medical certificate from

a qualified medical practitioner.

c. The client is required to give a minimum of 14 days’ notice by email prior to the first day of the nominated suspension period by phone, sms or email.



1. The client of the 12 week program may cancel their direct debit commitments at any time subject to the following conditions:

a. Medical condition that prevents client from being able to participate in a Fitstyler session for longer than a period of 6 months. The client is required to supply a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner.

b. Relocation to an area that is not within 20kms of a Fitstyler location, the client will be required to submit proof of relocating to an area outside the zone.

c. The Direct Debit will be cancelled 2 weeks from receiving the appropriate paperwork.

2. Clients of the12 week commitment program can cancel their direct debits to cease payments at the completion of the 12 weeks subject to Fitstyler receiving 2 weeks written notice prior to the completion of the 12 week commitment.

3. Cooling Off Period.

a. Where a client enters into a membership for a period of 3 months or more, there is a 7 day cooling off period that begins on the date the contract is signed, during which the client May terminate the membership. The cooling off period does not apply where a contract is renewed.

b. A client who terminates a membership during the cooling off period shall give the notice to Fitstyler in writing, including evidence of membership.

c. If Fitstyler has provided services to a client before the client terminates the membership, Fitstyler may deduct from the amount refunded the cost of any service provided including a reasonable administration charge.


Direct Debit charges

1. Set up fee: This is a once off fee charged to establish the Direct Debit facility.

2. Fortnightly administration fee: This fee is charged to process the fortnightly direct debit.

3. The Clients agrees to the terms of the Direct Debit Agreement being six fortnightly payments to either the client’s credit card or bank account.

4. Fortnightly payments are retrospective.

5. The direct debit payment will be made the next business day following the direct debit date.

6. The clients agrees that if they join Fitstyler on a discount offer, after the term of the discount offer, the price will return back to the price as per listed under the 12 week package deal on this document. Unless the client gives 2 weeks’ notice of cancelation.
