Outdoor Group Training Sessions – In Melbourne

We don’t use any army inspired training techniques and punishments to get you moving in our outdoor fitness training sessions. It’s all about working at your own level with constant motivation and support. A huge benefit of our group training sessions is that no two classes are the same so you never know what to expect.

Run similar to bootcamps, our group fitness classes usually include lots of short bursts of high intensity, interval type training using various equipment and drills to exercise your whole body. They can also include boxing pad training to maximize your energy burn while also raising your fitness levels.

The Bootcamp style of group training is a great way to burn more calories and fat, increase your energy levels, improve your metabolism and lose weight.


You can join our group outdoor fitness training sessions in Melbourne at any time. They are not like regular Bootcamps that have a start and finish date. They are always running so you can set your own schedule for results and commitment times. Best of all we run our Bootcamps outdoors in Melbourne’s beautiful parks and gardens, so you breathe fresh air and can take advantage of the different settings to alter your workouts. In case of bad weather we have undercover and indoor spaces available that can accommodate our group training sessions.


12 Week Program

Our 12 week, group outdoor training program offers the flexibility to reschedule and suspend your sessions. If you ever miss a session, we will follow you up to reschedule, so this way you don’t miss out on a session you pay for! You can always attend any location and time slot that suits your lifestyle. We will ensure you stay on track with your training and fitness goals. After the initial 12 weeks, your membership is ongoing without any lock in contracts!

Unlimited offer:

$70 per fortnight on a direct debit plan (12 week minimum).
You can attend unlimited sessions in any of our locations with flexibility to suspend payments.


This offer is more suited for if you are looking at training 2 or more sessions per week. We are also able to suspend payments if you can’t make it for any reason.

Bulk Prices:

12, 24 or 36 sessions: (No Expiry date on the sessions)


a. 12 x sessions @ $24.50/session = $294 upfront
b. 24 x sessions @ $19.50/session = $468 upfront
c. 36 x sessions @ $17.50/session = $630 upfront


This is more suited if you are looking at training 1-2 sessions per week, pretty much when you attend a session is when we tick them off.
We will make sure that you attend every session that you pay for!
